Crystalline additives for water resistance
As a new trend of waterproofing, a white tub solution is used and it does not require later waterproofing. One way to ensure the watertightness of a concrete is to use a crystalline water resistance additive. It adds active components to the concrete to provide water resistance as well as the ability to self-repair.
The use of the crystalline additive achieves both time and financial savings and is also environmentally friendly, thanks to natural components, not unlike oil-based artificial bitumen, which releases many toxic compounds into the environment.

The crystalline addition reduces the risks of human factors and temperature fluctuations.
The use of a crystalline additive eliminates the possibility of potential human factors errors when performing waterproofing works.
The water resistance of the structure no longer depends on the experience of the construction company or its builders in carrying out waterproofing works. Also, potential quality risks, such as those resulting from simultaneous and post-operative temperature changes in the use of bituminous solutions, will be avoided.
Crystalline additive will make the concrete structure thoroughly watertight.
It is suitable for use with monolithic concrete or locally cast concrete.
The material consumption is about 3 kg per 1 m3, which makes a minimum of 4 m2 concrete wall. For comparison, the cost of a black tub is 1.5 kg to 1 m2, whereas the average cost is about 2.5 kg to 3.5 kg.
The crystalline additive provides pressure resistance of 12 bar, bitumen for example only a 5-6 bar maximum.
The improved concrete is throughoutly active – the active components in the pores react with the lime compounds present in the cement and then create insoluble crystals that fill the pores and thereby close the passage of the water. The formation of crystals also works in the microcracks (cracks up to 0.4 mm wide) – the water penetrates the crack, the reaction of the additives and the cement components starts, and the resulting crystals close the cracks. It is important to understand that the formation of crystals requires a aquatic environment and then the crystal formation takes about 30-45 days.
 
In the dry state, the additive is ready for for action, but there is no waterproofing process happening.
The described waterproofing solution for the foundation is cheaper for both the builder and the customer. By making a decision in favour of this solution, all parties benefit – both time and money.
In such a novel but already proven way, it is possible to waterproof all underground structures, roof ceilings, bridges, tunnels, windmills – competence and experience are guaranteed.

Quick-set cement for quick foundation repair work. With a miraculously quickly setting cement that becomes inoperable in minutes, even seconds, it is very effective to stop small-scale water leaks in foundations, and then to ensure a high-quality concrete construction repairwork and restoration of the normal situation. Quick-set cement is not suitable for repairing large areas.
Non-shrink grout is also suitable for concrete repairs. It's a very liquid concrete that's pouring itself where it's needed. Non-shrink grout is similar in its behaviour to a self-flattening floor mixture. Use this foundation for remedial work on channels, deep holes, etc. However, it must be borne in mind that in case of sloping surfaces this solution is unusable. In this case, either a repair mortar or a special mortar or a quick-set cement must be used. Which option to use in a specific case – ask our team. The foundations may also be waterproofed using roll materials or a variety of daubs. Daubs may be bituminous or mineral. However, in the case of new structures, the waterproofing systems using roll material may also be replaced with a crystalline additive (see the Cristalline additive). In the case of old, ready-made facilities, of course, a option must be chosen that can be installed on top of an already existing concrete or masonry.

When using daubs, it is often necessary to use sealing tapes to seal larger cracks or corner connections. These are also suitable when covering both the deformation joint and the work joint.
