    WPM® WATERTIGHT ELEVATOR PIT is a precast monolithic watertight concrete element. Precast elements' water-tightness is achieved by using crystalline waterproofing admixture in the concrete. The product consists of a bottom, side walls, lifting hooks, and WPM® Metal Sheet Waterstop 125R installed on the side wall's upper edge - ensuring a watertight construction joint between the elevator pit element and the floor slab.

    • Rebar rods - convenient connection with the floor slab
    • The installation is not dependent on the weather
    • A monolithic concrete element without construction joints at the bottom slab – better watertightness
    • Officially tested at TalTech University - Test No. N° 389/23
    • Maximum water penetration dept under (500±50 kPa - 5 bar) pressure is 14 mm.

    WPM® WATERTIGHT ELEVATOR PIT is used as a watertight bottom element for the underground part of elevator shafts.
