A spa and hotel complex, known as the Uusküla Spa Hotel, is being built on the northern coast of Lake Peipsi in Ida-Virumaa County. The nature spa hotel has been designed to meet the quality requirements of the LEED Gold level of environmental certification. The building has an underground part that uses a Primostar White Tank waterproofing solution.

Primostar collaborates with the main contractors,  Nordecon AS , and Embach Ehitus OÜ; the concrete works contractor InnoveCon OÜ; and the concrete supplier Betoonimeister AS. 

The developer of the Uusküla nature spa hotel is OÜ Looduspaahotell.
