The new hotel and commercial building will be near the UNESCO World Heritage Old Town and City Hall. Primostar cooperates with the main contractor, AS Merko Ehitus Eesti.

The building’s construction began in the summer of 2023, but for us, the delivery of the material began in August 2023, when the excavation works were nearing completion, and the construction of the underground floor began. The expected end of the building's work is in 2025.
